If you had the ZT V8, they would have all been your best friend!

My dad has a 10 acre field that has just been baled and I went up there last night to help him bring it in to the barn.

The tractor and trailer did not turn up!!

So used a flatbed trailer on the back of the omega and brought the hay home!   60 bales per load and the girl just let the world go by all evening - not a bit of bother.  ;)

What else have you done with your meega  :question

60 Bales?! How heavy are they?

Another reason Omega's Rock!  :)

Now you know why I hate leather seats!!!!! In the summer they burn, plus when you get out of the car your shirt is stuck to your back. In the winter they are damned cold, plus you slide all over the place on them.

Give me nice cloth anyday.

Cloth? How Common!! Omega's have Velvor Seats, jolly good show what!

THat engine really needs the real Omega C or even a Facelift B - why did they stop making them?

Thats what I would like to know, they still look good today!! They should still be making them IMO

Vaux being the idiots they are just did not give it the engines it chassis and built qauilty deserved.

Need a big juicy V8 as a new MV8 & the police would have bought them buy the truck load, put the Turbo unit in the VXR as a mid sport model. And get the new 3.5 Diesel unit off BMW, or even the older 3.0 Diesel

Omega VXR, now there would have been a class car.

Take the 6.0 V8 from the Monaro, and wack into the Omega, rear wheel drive, V8 power. Peeerfect  :)

Then because Omega's are so Practical, Gas it as well. Be as cheap to run as Ford Focus on petrol  :)

Its funny reading a similar thread on the "other" place, they all vote Vectra.

I would have the Mondeo personally, looks better & less in your face. Slower to 60 but handles so much better and more fun to drive.

And like all uni students, he's done his 2 days work this term, and on summer break  >:(

Ha!!

Just finished 12 month placement as an IT Techy and bumming around now till October  :)

I thought about returning it, I bought it from caraudiosecurity.com

I was reading there returns thing, but it had to be unopened and still boxed for a full credit return unless it was faulty.

When i got it, it was a b!tch to get "Demo" mode off, it was constantly flashing on the LCD display and the instuctions given in the manual were not correct.

Googled the problem and got the correct method to turn it off, I am thinking of reseting the unit ringing up and blagging i cannot turn demo mode off, after following the instructions  ::)

Have you tried the free adds in the newspapers you maybe lucky.

HTH
You forget, we live in Brackley. The headlines of the local rag go along the lines of "Shock! Horror! WI lady drops a stitch whilst knitting!"

:(

Not to mention the lealets and spam they put in the paper, which are about 4 times the thickness of the acutal paper!
