Read a few customer reviews again before my last tyre purchase. ...utterly pointless. Take the fact that one guy said a tyre was terrible and would never buy them again because "the inside front edges had worn out too quickly" as a general standard, and you realise these are not generally people to take advice from.
Magazine reviews are a bit more sensible, but too open to potential bribery perhaps? Not sure I trust them either.
As said before soooo many times, first hand experience is vital and tests on the same actual car the tyre is to be fitted to helps, so useless to us on here. Accepting ones own relaistic diving style and what exactly a "good tyre" means to the individual buyer has to come first or it's a complete waste of time.
One mans "loads of grip" is another mans waste of money.
