I would say between 40 to 45 Kg, without fluid.

Both hands needed to fit, remove with jack / support assistance, once removed and in a Bag can easierly be carried with one hand, without arm falling off.

I'm thinking 25-30 kg from last time I lifted one, hoping to avoid needing a pallet for delivery as I have a tough plastic crate that may be strong enough

Pack it in snug though, otherwise first knock will crack the plastic :y

My sensible guess would be around the 25kg mark ;)

And the answer is, 28.6 kg ! it's going on a pallet by the looks of it as there's more parts being added to the order

I didn't think it could be as heavy as 45Kg (as suggested in one post) - the XJ40 diffs are in that area and they're cast iron lumps.. I'm sure one of them is responsible for my hernia!

This one's responsible for me having a sore neck, on a plus side the diff mounts are in perfect condition so should garner a few quids  :y
