Wizz Air 
My lad landed in Manchester from Houston yesterday morning, Singapore Airlines out and back, not a hitch. Quick nights kip and 0930 flight from Leeds Bradford to Romania this morning. Up at 0430, knackered, and two coaches from Sheffield to LBA. Flight overbooked, they were bumped. After much conversation and form filling, it was agreed that Wizz Air would book them on a flight from Luton tomorrow morning, put them in a taxi down there and book them a hotel tonight.
This was at 0930 this morning, they're still at Leeds

I'm guessing they won't pay anyone the going rate for a taxi.

Pay and claim is usually how that works. Although Jizz are the worst airline in Europe... almost impressive given the competition.

Never knew SIA operated that as a route. I know we're not the cheapest option but we have a lot of customers use us to get to/from Europe and the US via T5 and clearly with good reason apparently.

The SIA flight was perfect. Bang on time, plenty of room and very attentive crew....apparently.

The MAN-IAH flight goes three times a week and, looking at flight radar, is always on time, or early, landing.

Wizz Air finally came through. Taxi to Luton, hotel, evening meal and breakfast. So far, the Luton departure is only showing as 20 mins late. We'll see.

Just how much mess pressure washing the patios made

In my limited defence, they haven't had much more than an annual scrub since we had them built 22 years ago

That said, they look like new and I can honestly say that I am glad I went with a pressure washer with a water cooled motor... Three hours almost non stop without so much as a splutter

I can only do about 45mins a day, as the water doesn't drain quick enough after a while once the adjacent grass is waterlogged

The back boundary is a ridge line, the patios terace down to the house with a 4' retaining wall across the back with a flower bed across the front of each level and steps, then finally there's a soak away outside the back door which seems to drain out under the the drive  Hopefully it will all soak away...

Apparently I am paying the water bill in July
