Possibly mine... If I can find a suitable replacement ::) ::)

Why are you after an LPG one instead of converting your own?

Well i dont own an Omega at the min, been away from them for a few years but have the hankering for a V6 Omega. Been pricing up LPG conversions and cant see a V6 one for less than 1K hence looking for one already done. If i could Afford to buy and then get the LPG work done I would as there is a few nice Elite's about at the min.

And how much would you bee looking for your Elite then?

Not really thought about it yet, as I haven't found a suitable Facelift estate to replace it, but I can assure you I'll be after strong money for it because everything works as it should (including TM!) and it's converted with a Sequential System, which I'll throw in the lead and software link for.

I have been asked by a couple of people to give them first refusal though

GNU will be up for sale in the next couple of weeks (hopefully). 2.5 Elite, auto, in some sort of graphite (looks greyish / purpley with bronze in the sun!). Grey leather. Rear windows tinted. Air con cool, but not cold and cruise not working  :(

Replaced engine and gearbox last year ( some threads all about her on here somewhere). Cambelt and tensioners done, new covers and sequential lpg kit transplanted to new lump.

Hoping to finally get the LPG sorted before selling -- still needs setting up. Great runner on juice  :)

Currently on SORN and MOT due out in a couple of weeks -- but will renew that. First Reg 11/99.

115k on the clock.

When she's ready to go I will post a proper write up, although I have already been approached a couple of times while she's been sat at my mate's garage.

I like the look of the newer models -- but I am told the electrics are hell on earth. On the upside a neighbour of mine has one and is delighted with it.

i dont know what renault were thinking they've shown no grasp of being competent at electrics in the past, yet they've festooned my car with sensors for everything and a keyless ignition - its lottery which component goes first and whether the cars rendered unusable or not  :y

maybe later less knackered ones are better but i won't be buying another one  ;)

that said, 50mpg's not bad tho  :)
