"M"V6 - What is it?

Ok - non tooly here - what's with the M in front of the V6?
Obviously important (so not something like manual).

I asked this question some time ago before i bought one.
  MV6's have same engines as thier counterparts but different trim, recaro seats & firmer/lower suspension than the CDX/Elite so slightly "sportier handling" but less toys & lower spec srereo fitted.
    Some of us are working hard to acheive the best of both though!!! :y

yes ok as i said new to it all and yes again wicked site love it altough makes the mrs mad but do love the mig moreso thanks to the help on here just wish i could give people something back for their help,maybe one day, suppose i could get a round in at a meet!
