In short, this country of ours has a lot of dirty, lazy and stupid people who have no respect for themselves, their national, nor environment, growing up in a throw away society that often does not care where and when they "throw away"!!

The penalties for litter louts should be a lot more than they are now, or they should be shot!

A deposit on a bottle .....didnt we have that on glass pop bottles 50 yrs ago?   

It wasn't even that long ago.


And lets not forget that brewers and dairies that delivered reused their glass bottles, plastic crates and stainless steel barrels hundreds of times. Which is real recycling.

How about shot by their families, made to dig out the bullet, re-build (or whatever you do to refill them) and use on the next person?

If anyone refuses, shoot them first by a designated official, saving the bullet of course.
