Fitted DAB wireless thingy to the C1 roller skate.
Noise comes out of the speakers and smoke is staying inside the wires, so a job well done:)

Wait a few days before you say that ;D

It's highly likely that by fitting a gadget to a French car, the self reciprocating side fumbling dingle arm on his Porsche will start to work erratically. Or the central heating boiler will blow the roof off the house ....

I had one do a 14.0 second quarter alongside my car at Shakespeare, (12.01)  not  in the same realm but really going for what it is like👍😎 it was tuned by DTM I think these are the 'dangle berries' for mapping these?

The best my XFR could manage was 12.5 at Santa Pod. Terminal was 122 MPH though.

Slow off the mark due to lack of grip, but properly quick above 60 MPH. :y
The Evo is up there so quick it hasn’t got time to get big mph🤭😂😂
Elapsed time was 116mph but that was with my old turbo😵‍💫 I’m running 60 bhp and 60Lbsft more now so expect 11.5/6 maybe

Booked the Alabama Mumsybus in for a couple of wheel bearings.

By the time I have wasted days getting replacement hubs and getting the bearings changed on them to make the actual job easier... (swapping hubs is an hour or so vs trying to dig the old bearings out on the drive), I concluded that I really CBA so it's going to a local indie for it.

This is the reality for a good percentage of jobs on cars these days for me, especially with limited daylight this time of the year, roll on the summer!

Took the headlights off the Boxster to polish them up.
Takes about 20 seconds per unit to remove them.  8)

Probably.  ;D
But who cares, its an intelligent, simple, efficient method which is a rare thing these days.

Believe it or not, the Renault megane we had was very simple. Remove one bolt, lift up a retaining bracket and it slid out on runners.

Fitted the cambelt to the x30xe lump (even though I had to reuse one pully as a temp) and found it easy to do, held up now on that while waiting for the new lower adjuster. Made a start on making up the pipe work for the heater, pipe and bender needed before I can continue with that ---------
