I'm so glad I'm of an age where I don't actually have to go into the workplace and listen to this shite. I'm able to ignore all of it and talk to (white) people of similar age and opinion.

Agreed, but £270K pa is a bit rich. 150K could maybe be justified, on a results based contract, but if you look at the fine job such people have done so far, I doubt I'd pay more than minimum wage.

Sounds like you'd be picking people on merit rather then box ticking gender and diversity.
Sorry.....but we can't have that. Diversity and inclusion are the buzzwords. Competence and the ability to do the job well are probably racist and 'unwoke' :)
