Omega General Help / Full exhaust from engine manifold back 2.2-Help

Hello All,
Just had my MOT and service today and thankfully it passed.
Although my mechanic who I do trust and know is genuine said that I need to get a full exhaust from the engine manifold back inc catalytic converter. He put it up on the ramp and did show me, it's awfully rusty and bolts have rusted together and bits just fall off when you touch it.
I'm looking for a full exhaust from manifold back then, anyone know prices of gen vauxhall parts? And the tc price? I don't have a tc card but maybe someone could help me out? I'd happily reimburse them for their time. He said genuine parts are the best and I tend to agree. Also, the tailpipe is a single one as it's a 2.2. Could I put a twin tailpipe on like the 3.2's have? For reference, it's a 2002 Omega 2.2 CDX saloon manual.

Omega General Help / Cambelt kit for Z22XE (2.2 petrol)

Hello Everyone,
Just looking for a bit of advice. Where do you think would be the best place to get a cambelt kit for the Z22XE engine? Vauxhall themselves?

I understand that it is recommended that the water pump is changed at the same time. I do see there is a cambelt dvd to help, but I'm only 19 and this is my first car so I have no technical knowledge or ability to do any vehicle related work apart from the simple jobs.
Vehicle is 2002 Omega 2.2 CDX manual
It's only covered 33,000 miles. The cambelt was last changed at 8415 miles on the 30/08/05. How soon should I look at having it done?
Any advice greatly appreciated.

Hello All,
Just bought my first car....and you're right it's an Omega. It's a 2002 '02' CDX 2.2 with only 28,000 miles on the clock in Nocturno blue. It's an absolute joy to drive, and it's a far cry from all the other cars my friends have as their first cars. Although insurance is expensive it's worth every penny to get an Omega.

It's highly unlikely there's one out there, but I thought I'd ask anyway 
I'm after the NCDC 2015 Nokia telematics unit fitted in the glove box. Only require the unit, no loom or anything.
My Omega has the 2015 but a defective unit that has been removed, so if anyone has one I'd be interested.
Will upload a picture soon so anyone who's not sure can see what I mean

As per title please, I'm after the N/S and O/S rear facelift saloon doors in Z157 please. Complete with looms, motors, glass etc. Needs to be from any model except early GLS as needs to have rear electric windows.

Car Parts, bits For Sale & Wanted / F/S 2002 Elite leather saloon interior

I bought a complete leather interior for an Elite saloon, I was told it came from a '52' plate which would mean it was the slightly more matt/grain effect that I was after. Unfortunately it wasn't, it was the earlier type as fitted to 1999 'V' to 2002 '02' Elite saloons.
I bought it for £175, and if I'm able to return it I will get a % of the full price, but not the full price.
I have now bought another Omega interior...this time the right style. So this one is spare, and I need it gone asap. It was my mistake in buying it really.
It is in very good condition and has the door cards, and all headrests etc.
I'm after £140 and I'll deliver within a reasonable distance as I need it gone asap. It's currently living in my estate, which I will need to use to go and get this other LT interior.
£140, or a good offer as it must go, but please remember I did pay £175 for it two days ago.

Removed from a 2003 Elite saloon with 85k miles.
All electrics work on both the front seats, so full electric movement inc drivers memory. Charocal empire velour is the trim name.
No burns, rips or wear marks.
Maybe you have a CD or CDX and you want electric adjustment etc? Or you have an Elite with LT and prefer velour?
All four heater pads work aswell, and that's a guarantee. I tried all of them out today 
Included is both front seats, complete rear seats with bench, sides and back and all three headrests.
Door cards will be probably be included aswell, I won't know until tomorrow.
This is the only picture I have currently, I'll take some proper one's tomorrow. This just gives you an idea of the colour and style.



I'm in Kidlington, 4 miles from Oxford city centre. Localish delivery is possible. Or alternatively, if you're going to be at the Oxford meet, pick up from there is fine

I'm after a complete set of seats for a late facelift Elite saloon in black (charcoal).
I currently have the charcoal velour in my Elite, and I prefer leather. If anyone who has a late facelift Elite saloon, must be post '52' plate as the style of leather changed wanted to swap I'd happily give you some cash aswell.

Otherwise I'll happily buy a set, not expecting it to be cheap.

This is the style of leather I'm after, note it's more matt effect than the earlier type which is a bit shinier.

Rear seats are in excellent condition, this is the early type with the headrests with the holes in them. Front N/S seat is good condition aswell, from an Elite model with all electric functions. Drivers seat has a rip in it, and there are no buttons for the operation of the electrics. No side airbags... only suitable for early prefacelift Omega's. No idea really of cut off point, as I've never had prefacelifts and know nothing about them, but I think it's about 1997?
Collection only I'm afraid from Kidlington, 4 miles from Oxford city centre.
£20 for all of it, with headrests...no doorcards as I don't have any.

Not available for the next few days or so as I need to find a suitable cloth replacement.

I'll take a photo of the drivers seat so the damage can be seen asap.

I now have a 2002 '52' ex TVP Omega saloon, the previous owner has fitted what I think is a pre facelift black leather interior to it, at least it's definietly not facelift LT. If anyone has a a cloth interior (not velour) then I'd be interested in a swap, your cloth for my leather. This vehicle is going to be restored back to police spec, so the LT can't stay. Cloth was only found on police spec model's and the GLS, the CD and above has velour.
I'll take some pictures tomorrow so you can see what the LT interior looks like, and I'll include a picture of the cloth I'm after

I'm after a cage for the NCDC 2015, I'm unsure whether the 2015 uses a different cage to that of the 2013, or actually any different from the CCR series. Can anyone confirm whether the 2015 cage is different? If it is, I think it'll be a dealer part as 2015's are pretty scarce...but if anyone does have one, I'll definitely be interested

I'm after an original backbox for a 3.2 saloon, I've included two pictures so you can see what I'm after. It's getting to the stage when most original systems will be replaced now, so I'm not too bothered if it's a backbox you think is past it a bit. But, it must be an original, the box itself will be ribbed and square, unlike the pattern one's which are round.

As per title please, I'm after the original velour floor mats;
I think they're about £36 new plus vat. My dealer said they were £56 and wouldn't give the 10% TC discount, so I declined.
Does anyone have a set in good condition? Obviously a bit of wear is only usual, but I'd like the sewn 'Omega' bit to be relatively unmarked.

I know one member on here called Andy works in a VX parts dept, but I can't remember which Andy that is?

As above please, not actually bothered how old the discs are, the newer the better. But if anyone has bought a new disc to replace an older one, that'd do.
