one of my pet hates is Philip Schofield advertising " we buy any car "  . i doubt that he has had a quote from them. also they quote far below the list price. also funeral plans for the elderly such as Sun Life that ask for a lot more paid into than they will pay out.

I cannot stick any of the Philip Schofield advertising, for buying cars, gin, or anything else he does!  He is so annoying and it puts me off from even thinking about taking up any of what he is pushing!

As for we "buy any car", what a rip off!!

Yes......they gave me £1500 more than the Jag dealers were offering .......although £900 less than what they initially offered.

I agree with this.

Such plans only work if you die shortly after taking it out (although not less than 2 years) because the fookers won't pay out.

I have two Sun Life plans taken out several years apart and for the first one-given what I pay per month v what they will pay out - I'll have to live just over two years more for them to hit break even.
