In the immortal words of Gavin.... Watched a windscreen chip turn into a crack. Hit by a stone on the way to work, by the time I got home again its cracked all the way along. Poppycock.
.

What a PITA hope you get a good fitter when it's replaced, I had one go in a Mazda once autoglass made a complete balls up with it ,after complaints I had it replaced properly + a £50 sweetener.

Very funny  ;D

It came with 3/4 of a 'tank', good for maybe 145 miles of (my) normal driving with heated seats, steering wheel and blower on. :y

More than enough for the job it's to do.

The Barge replacement is being delivered tomorrow. We shall see how much fuel that has in it... :-X

Although 3/4 of a tank should see get nearer 400 miles... 8)

Most cars i;ve test driven from a dealer never seem to have more than  a couple of cups of juice in them. >:( The Vectra was a nice exception, over half full. :y

Moved them both out of the garage & put some motoring memorabilia on the walls of my garage ( mancave) looking quite spectacular now.

A '10 R350L. A couple of minor wear and tear niggles to investigate / address front discs/pads from the feel, but happy with it.

No dpf  8), but most of the mod cons so a good balance between older and newer, and notably less thirsty than the Barge, even if it is the size of a small village  ;D

Fitted front discs and pads to the Alabama Mumsybus.
