Fitted front discs and pads to the Alabama Mumsybus.

No wonder it's so heavy, the front discs are 13 kilos each :o

Next stop will be an oil and filter change and drain/refill both diffs.
Pics of the beast would be nice  :)

Looks nice Al!  :y

Have you checked that the spare wheel unfolds OK?  :-\

I'd imagine they could get hard and lose their fexibility, leaving you in the shit on a cold wet winters night just when you need it to work!  ::)

It’s a moot point... Both the air compressor and wheel brace are somewhat missing.  ::)

I have breakdown cover  ;D

All the bits and bobs are readily available, so just need to get organised once we're past the 19 bank holidays ::)

It has a selection of tyres fitted currently, so might invest in a set of run flats just as insurance.  :-\

Only real gripe thus far is that the windows are one shot to open but you have to hold the button to get them closed... Presumably an American thing ::) ;D

At risk of teaching Granny to suck eggs.... Have you tried holding the switch for a while after the window has closed?  ???

Maybe the battery has been disconnected recently and the windows need resetting a-la Omega windows?  :-\  :)

Had a drive over to Burghley House in the RRS , lovely drive roads virtually empty so able to open it up a bit after days of no use, love the V8 soundtrack, even better now with the stainless system & quad exit pipes..😁

Flat engines sound like proper ones with the plug leads connected wrong.
