the metal crash bar on the pfl car has to have parts of the crash bar removed to allow the irmscher spot lights to not foul against it. if you pm me your mobile no i will send you some pics to give you an idea of where to cut. also the horn bracket has to be turned around so to not foul the spots also.

Temp sender lose connection or the gauge is fubar.
senders fail very rarely, so go the obvious first. mt estate did the same thing last year and pinned it down to the gauge.

General Car Chat / Re: So what have you done to your car today?

Fitted front drop links to both sides of the car, trying a non gm part this time as they were cheap, and if they dont last then i havent lost too much. The parts are made by First Line, we shall see if they are any good.
Fitted bosch aero twin flat blade wipers to replace the GM flat blades that were worn out after 9 years, huh, ''stuff dont last these days''. ;D

Omega General Help / Re: replacement parts
« on: 30 October 2014, 21:54:02 »
I know what you mean Jamie, but to be honest, most pattern parts you fit will proberbly out live the car, i have the same issue with drop links, dealer price retail £40, or £27 plus dreaded trade, going down the pattern route with these as the price is negliable.
you should be ok with patern TRE.
