how do the hell do you remove these stupid bloody double din head units ???? got the larger keys push them in till clicks and the bugger wont come if i pull it !! if i pull any harder think i will pull the front off !!  :( :(

Nothing else holding them in.  They do appear to be a more snug fit in the cage, and the facias are more prone to snapping off.
