Well lots of apocalyptic warning about Storm Babet and I think it passed through here today.  :-\

It was a wet and windy autumnal day...  :D  What's it like where you are?  ???  :)
Can't deny that I got drenched earlier, and it was a bit blowy.  But hardly a problem* in Londonium

*except for the person who obviously got blown on the tracks, and closed the line between Euston and MK.

Bit of rain last night , dry this morning so out walking the dog 🐕
Me too, not long back. Slightly moist  ;D
.

How's the new 4 legged friend shaping up Steve? Sunshine here now crazy weather.
He's a little swine, Mick  ;D Can't let him off the lead because he won't come back, and just torments me by running away when I get close. Snarling at dogs three times his size. Frightened the life out of a big, daft Lab yesterday, just leapt at his face as soon as he got within range.
Bòllocks off next Wednesday (the dog, not me), so we'll see how he goes on.

The 'two brick method' could save you a few quid and a trip to the vet. :)

My mate had a lodger who was a vet and he whipped the cats nads off on the kitchen table!  :o  ;D

Bit wetter this morning, and very windy. I'll have to put two leads on the dog, in case one snaps  ;D

Lots of smashed cars on the commute this morning, two thirds displaying the four circle parking permit on the grill (plus an S class Merc missing its offside), loads of water on the road yet some still hammer along at 80 (what is it with Collins Earthworks van drivers!).

We've just got back. There weren't many people there this morning, bits of flooding here and there, but me and doggie braved it. Few trees down, but traffic flowing freely.

He's having a kip next to me on the sofa, dogs fickin stink when they're wet  ;D

Bit of intermittent drizzle on my way down to Devonshire.  Guessing the rain was heavier on the M4....

Our bus is a couple of hours late so I can only presume that Heathrow is a bit soggy.

Do buses ever run on time?

Son sent a couple of pics of outside his house in Long Melford Suffolk.
A car (Beemer of course) stranded in a lake (previously the main road) at least a foot deep, and Fire service taking elderly residents out in a dinghy.
