What a bunch of tossers, they're like a gang of naughty schoolchildren. I'd like to think there will be a comeback, but they just seem to shrug it off. Politics in this country is in a dire state.

Exactly what I said to my missus this morning, behaviour you would expect from teenagers, rumours emerging that a Police Officer on duty reported it give him promotion .

Yes, why o why don't they just admit to having a good piss up get to together with people they are already working closely with on a day by day, minute by minute basis?

Of course there was a lock down, and restrictions on groups of people travelling and getting together, but, correct me if I am wrong, these people were already on site so just enjoyed themselves as work colleagues do.  But, of course it would have been totally out of order if any of them had traveled in to No.10 specially when they would not have normally been working there that day.

I bet many "get togethers" happened with groups of workers in Head Offices up and down the country when they were already there on that day. ::) ::) ::)

But, of course all this is just politics at work concentrating on something that has been and gone instead of all the currently very serious issues that should be under the spotlight by the so called "opposition"! ::) ::) :(

It is one of many middle fingers this government in general, and Boris Johnson in particular, have flicked at the oiks who voted them in. We really need a third party. Not Lib Dems or Greens, a proper middle of the road party. In this country we are still in a position of voting in the least worse, and that can't be right.
With regards to the buffoon, he has served his purpose (Brexit) and should go.

I just find it simply amazing that with all the daft things that have been reported over the last few years, that they really thought that this "breach" would go unnoticed.

There is talk that Boris will be gone sooner rather than later.

He is inept.

Doesn't mean I'd vote for Starmer though. He is even more out of touch with reality. :-X

Did she used to be a news reporter on BBC or ITV? Hard to forget a name like that.

She used to be a co-presenter on Robert Peston's ITV programme.

She'll be fine. Once the dust has settled she'll be offered a nice little job as Director of Communications at some think tank or NGO or something like that.  :y

The public humiliation might take a while to get over though...  ::)

Meanwhile in Finland, their 36 year old PM went out clubbing (maskless!) till 4am, left her work phone at home and missed the text instructing her to quarantine!  ;D
