The dealer is having the six month old car in to supercharge the flog us a new battery.

Batteries for stop/start cars cost about a sqillion quid I think?  ::)

Battery so dead this morning that my dad couldnt even open it . Called breakdown recovery and guy said take it for a run.

Going to dealer tomorrow as he hasnt been using lights, heated seat, heated wheel, radio even to save electric. I think not fit for purpose. The manual should say dont use if your journeys are less than five miles.
