On a 3.2 / 2.6 the autobox cooler is bolted to the front of the radiator, therefore you need to remove the fixings for the pipework and remove the torx bolt from the connection block and lift the pipes out of the way to the side. You will probably need two new O rings as they usually leak when you reassemble it.
Is this a genuine GM replacement radiator or aftermarket?

If you're not reusing, I would suggest folding it in half, but being an auto it will have the gearbox cooler bolted to it, which might object...
Start at the top and work down systematically :y bit of a tight fit between chassis rails and around aircon plumbing... a fiddly but satisfying job all in all :y

already struggling to work out how to remove bagpipes from front to give more space….
had to drill out corroded retaining bolts on plastic top cover….
i really am not very good at this crap
arse about the o rings…. wasn't aware so not got them…..
any one in oxford region able to help out ??? pick up some o rings for me , and come and have a brew and laugh watching me try and do this ?

after market rad from the place recommended here to someone else…..

Re the o rings, should be fine :y
Make sure they're kept clean, and leave them in place and they should give you no trouble... obviously if they are perished/split/otherwise obviously damaged when you split the connection, then you'll need new ones ::)
