new house
« on: 12 March 2012, 13:17:28 »

unless something goes horribly wrong,  we should get the keys to our new house on the 12th of april....

and not have to hand over keys on this one till 1st of may, so a fairly relaxed move with any luck....

4 bedrooms,  2 large reception rooms,  shed, and huge loft,   2 garages, and a drive way long enough to put maybe 7-8 omegas on at once....

:D

bet SWMBO won't let me have 8 omegas  !! :-[

but good potential for meets.....   maybe....    (although the on street parking is a bit of an arse,   as there's a permit system , and not a very wide road....  )

Good luck!  :y
I hate being in a chain sooo much, I will do the same as I did last time, sell this place and rent for 6 months in the new area, puts you in a much better position to buy, and the market isnt doing much at the moment anyway. Luckily this place has managed to go up in the 4 years ive owned it, and where i want to move to iow, has dropped and stayed fairly stagnant.  ;)

Congratulations.  :y
Hope all goes well with the move.
One little tip for ya, although you be be aware.
Take the interim few weeks to have a good sort out. A really good sort out. Don't bust your guts to move a load of crap that has been stored in your attic, garage for years and never looked at. Chances are 99.9% of it will never get looked at again, if you haven't looked at it in the last several years.
I speak from experience.  ;)
All the best
