Yep, that's what I put on mine.  Make sure you fill the tubes with as much copper grease as you can get in there so they don't seize up for the next time you need to adjust them!

I managed to destroy a heavy duty cast iron vice trying to "free" up the adjusters on mine:  >:(

You're very welcome.  The same can be done with the steering arms on the front BTW.
