so what do we actually do when we get there, we roll up the drive and then somebody asks us for some money and tells us where to park?

I'll be posting more details up on sunday round all the sites involved but basically when you come through the main gates you will see signs leading you round to the right and Allvxl marshals will point you in the right direction too...there will be a couple of people on the gate into our field collecting the £2 parking money and handing out your parking permit as supplied to us by Wollaton Hall

Thats the plan matey we're going to try and keep the clubs together if we can thats why we are asking for everyone to try and convoy in together ...will make it easier for the parking guys ....

If we are going to convoy in together i would suggest the Rose and Crown Pub car park on derby road as it is a good size car park and about 1 minute from the hall, what do you think guys, a convoy would be so COOL, you can tell im young lol

i was thinking more of doughnuts , burnouts and general tomfoolery .... only kidding , dont panic , we polish our trusty steeds then snarl an growl at any body who dares to step too close to them .....can u tell its the 1st meeting ive been to ??
