General Discussion Area / Turkey and Syria
« on: 04 October 2012, 18:04:25 »
Turkey shelled Syria yesterday in retaliation for the death of 5 Turkish citizens including 3 children from a stray Syrian Mortar.  >:(

They have resumed shelling Syrian military targets again today and their Parliament have voted through a law authorizing military operations in Syria for the next 12 months.  >:(

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/middleeast/syria/9586845/Turkey-approves-military-operations-in-Syria.html

Is this just a skirmish or are Turkey and Syria going to end up at war? If it war what do Turkey hope to gain from this? Oil?  ::)

If so are they playing a dangerous game with Russian backing of the Syrian resume and where the Russian Mediterranean fleet is based in a Syrian port?  :o

General Discussion Area / Rt Hon Keith Vaz MP
« on: 01 October 2012, 21:22:13 »
After the Baroness Waisi undeclared payments scandal, now it is alleged that Keith Vaz misled Parliament's Standards committee in a previous investigation and he may have taken cash for passports.

Another Rt Hon Honest MP then.  >:( >:( >:( >:(

General Discussion Area / The dark side
« on: 01 October 2012, 21:15:29 »
When we had a Jimmy Saville obituary page on OOF many people expressed their unease saying something was not right about him, well you were right. By all accounts he liked to abuse and rape underage girls and used his fame and charity money raising as a shield to keep the media and forces of justice at bay.  >:( >:( >:( >:(

General Discussion Area / EU and UK Oversea Aid
« on: 30 September 2012, 16:36:11 »
The EU takes about 10% or £1bn of overseas aid to fund EU projects.

The includes taking money off some of the UK's poorest taxpayers earning as little as £650 per month and spending on such worthy projects as a water holiday park in Morocco owned by the French company Center Parcs, so well off middle class French holiday makers can be pampered in luxury.  >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

Development of Icelandic tourist industry and to prepare the country for EU membership. The country is richer than the UK with higher earnings per person. But as an Icelandic Government spokesman said: "If the money is there we are going to take it"!  >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/9576399/Senior-Tory-accuses-EU-of-squandering-Britains-aid-budget.html

I expect it gives you a warm glow knowing your hard earned money is going on important aid projects to help such poor needy people to relieve their poverty.  >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

Personally, I'm so angry I can't comment as I would get banned from this site.  >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

General Discussion Area / German Efficiency
« on: 29 September 2012, 21:26:19 »
The Germans are several years ahead of us, but our UK politicians are determined to match them. Ed Davey being at the forefront of this.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/comment/9559656/Germanys-wind-power-chaos-should-be-a-warning-to-the-UK.html

We are also from next April going to be paying a high price for CO2 Climate change fantasy.

From March next year A new £16 per ton CO2 tax is being introduced by George Osbourne, the aim is that by 2030 when it has increased to £70 a tonne, Gas and Coal power stations have become so noncompetitive to run, all power will come from renewables.

General Discussion Area / Help our brave troops pension's injustice
« on: 28 September 2012, 21:52:27 »
I have mentioned it before on here about how some of our soldiers are being made redundant just before they have done 25 years service and qualify for a pension. Which I personally think is a cynical breach of the forces covenant by the UK Government. They can lose up to 25 years of forces pension as a result of this.

Phillip Hammond the Defense minister has had to apologize to the House of Commons where he lied to them over this.

http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/finance/ianmcowie/100020427/why-its-time-to-protect-armed-forces-pensions-and-how/

Now you can help fight this injustice by signing the epetition:

http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/35949

They put their lives on the line for us and I hope others on here, are like me, and will do all we can to support them.

DT investigation into the overseas aid budget has revealed the following:

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/9560326/British-still-giving-hundreds-of-millions-of-pounds-in-aid-to-wealthy-countries.html

I'm sure you are glad that the £333 average per worker or £666 per net tax payer is very well spent and you get a warm glow from this and you would beg the Government to keep increasing this fund as promised for such worthy purposes as you could not possibly spend this £666 with reduced taxes more wisely yourself on you and your family.  >:( >:( >:( >:(

General Discussion Area / Federated Europe by 2014/15
« on: 13 September 2012, 15:23:02 »
Communist EU Commission President Barrosso has spelled out in a speech the way to end the EU's political and financial turmoil is to create in his words a "Federated Europe". He is now going full speed ahead to implement this with a new treaty for next year to be fully implemented in 2014 or at the very latest 2015.

So by 2015, we will have the Euro and be a province of the EUSSR unless Dithering Dave and EU fanatic Thick Clegg, our negotiating team decide differently.  :o :o :o >:( >:( >:(

Well we knew it was coming, but on this timetable it will all be over before we get the chance to vote UKIP. By then they will at best be a minor regional party entering our provincial state legislature in London, or more likely a banned party under a xenophobia clause in the new treaty. On this basis the reduction in MP's by Dithering Dave and Thick Clegg's Lords reform all fits into place and makes sense. >:( >:( >:( >:(

Don't expect as a communist is drafting the new treaty and will be the driving force behind it any concessions to democracy. Van Rumpuy will be the unelected-president, Barrosso the un-elected commission president (prime minister?) and the un-elected 27 commissions will be his Politboro, with the European parliament keeping its present role to give the illusion of democracy, where in reality it has no power apart from rubber-stamping the EU commissions (Politboro) diktats. This is a classic communist Government setup. So by 2014/5 democracy will be dead in Western Europe apart from local politics (London Provincial Parliament and local councils). What will happen to the Queen? >:( >:( >:( >:(

http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/news/iainmartin1/100180847/barrosos-call-for-eu-federation-points-to-a-british-referendum-and-trouble-for-cameron/

Don't bank on getting a referendum as I'm sure like the ESM farce, which is moving all Bank and financial regulation under EU control, (Dithering Dave's veto changed virtually nothing), there was no referendum as Dithering Dave, told us that it would apply to the Eurozone only and would concede NO POWER WHATSOEVER to Brussels, what a liar he is. This new treaty will be passed through parliament in the same way as a tiding up and procedural changes and not a real treaty, just like B.Liar and McRuin, passed the Lisbon treaty without a referendum, when in fact it made some of the biggest changes to the EU ever seen including the constitution in all but name. This will be the path of least resistance for Dithering Dave.  >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

Sadly, we are never going to make it to 1000 years as an un-invaded Sovereign state in 2066. But I guess we have all seen this coming, since the traitor Heath took us into the EU and was spelled at at the time in the secret FCO 30/1048 on how to fool the electorate to reach this end game by 2002-2003. Ten years late but they are almost there and history shows that like all previous EU treaties, we will be powerless to stop it, at best they might negotiate a few concessions like the Queen remaining head of the UK Provincial Area. >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

You might be reading a headline like this sooner than you think, as this would be entirely feasible under the new proposed Eurozone Banking Union rules.  >:( >:( >:( >:(

If the new Eurozone Banking Union rules are adopted, then all 27 nations banks will have to conform to the new rules and with qualified majority voting with a twist. It automatically goes through unless a joint opposition committee has a majority. This committee must contain at least three Eurozone and three non-Eurozone countries. So if is good for the Eurozone, then you can't defeat it. Under these rules you could not stop this proposal "All Eurozone banks will now exclusively be bailed out by the UK banks and other UK financial institutions".  >:( >:( >:( >:(

Under the new ESM amendment to the Lisbon treaty, the EU Eurozone Banking Union will be formed and have total power and control over the governance and regulation of all 27 nations banks, including forcing any countries banks to bailout and refinance any other EU countries banks, they will also have total power to shut down any bank within the EU.  >:( >:( >:( >:(

Now we were told that under the ConDem EU referendum legislation, that there would be no referendum as this was entirely an EU Eurozone amendment that would have NO IMPACT WHATSOEVER on the UK, the UK taxpayer, UK banks or any other UK financial institutions. This amendment has been passed unopposed through Parliament on this basis. The ConDems publicly support the creation of an EU wide Banking Union.  >:( >:( >:( >:(

Another complete load of lies we have been told.  >:( >:( >:( >:(

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/newsbysector/banksandfinance/9536997/UK-banks-could-be-shut-down-or-forced-into-bail-outs-by-Brussels.html

I getting very, very tired of these two faced scumbag politicians and their total lies and their utter contempt for us the electorate.

Vote UKIP

General Discussion Area / Scotland to join the Euro

If Scotland votes for independence in a referendum, they will have to apply to join the EU and would almost certainly have to make a commitment to join the Euro.

Last night they recorded -2.4degC in Scotland and 2.1degC at RAF Benson, the coldest August night on record.  :D :D :D
