Title: Retro fit steering wheel controls

Retro fitting steering wheel  stereo controls, basically is it do-able? One of the few gadgets not fitted on my car :-[

Well, you'd need the steering wheel and depending on your headunit, adaptors.
Not cheap for something you don't need!  It's not one of those 'sought  after' features.

Think the headunit is the philips sc804?(Which I need to get the code for!) I've seen the control buttons on ebay just not sure if they would fit my steering wheel.

You need the wheel with controls and airbag plus the steering wheel squib.

Then it will need a bit of wiring but, I seem to recall that the 804 doesn't support remote controls.

I'd say this was a waste of time.
Most people I've seen with them change the radio from the headunit anyway  :-/

A bit expensive for something you can already do without too much hastle  :)
