I've been a member for some time and have been using all the information and experience from OOF. I'm so pleased that have you've found the time and effort to support and run OOF, without it we would be one Omega less, mine!
I have a 2001 2.6 V6 auto and I have owned it since 2001! I took it off the road 3 years ago with an undiagnosed fault indicating possible head gasket failure (or so the trade said). I have another vehicle, the general run around, so decided to leave my Omega until I had time to sort it. It has been bugging me for months and this year I've sorted it out. I had some spare time and a load of spanners and now have that certificate...MOT.
I have not found time to say hello before today but have been on the site most days and finally, today, have found time to write the message.
I have replaced the oil cooler, spark plugs, filters of all types, timing belt, key fobs, aux drive belt, windscreen washer pump, battery etc........shows how much I love the car! I'm also a customer of the OOF shop.
I'm delighted my Omega is up and running again and it is running like a dream (hope I haven't spoken too soon). I have a small oil leak to keep an eye on and the A/C to sort. Still flushing the coolant re the oil cooler repair!
