rear brake pad question.

Is there a difference between the pads for non vented and vented rear disks, and also the handbrake shoes etc as well Possibly needing both.Tia. :y

All the rear brake components are the same regardless of vented or not... EXCEPT:

Discs, calipers, pad retaining pins and anti rattle springs. This is because the pads are 8mm thicker and the associated parts are 8mm wider/longer to accommodate the extra disc thickness  :y

Not that I'm aware of, they should have seized and rusted up indicators though as that seems to happen first before they wear out!
