Having not really clicked with the Insignia, I figured it was about time I stopped dicking about, and bought a proper car ::)

Namely this...

It's only a 220CDI, but the first owner didn't shy away from the options list...
Full leather, heated all round
COMMAND
Larger fuel tank
Parktronic, front and rear
Retractable tow bar
Bi Xenons, with dynamic beam assist

Several nice touches with the way things work, such as cruise control activating the brakes if you press Resume at a higher speed than it's set at 8)

Early days, but economy is looking better than the Insignia, inspite of being an auto. The rest of the car puts it to shame. Boot is about a fifth larger than the Omega as well, so looking like most boxes ticked. Hope to get a few years out of it :y

You and me both :y Although that was a different car... My first enquiry on this particular car was last Saturday, deal done on Tuesday and collected yesterday. Off to the council in the morning, then it gets to earn its keep :y

Been a long week though ;D

If you leave the Taxi sign off, then surly you can do some 'chauffeur' work in a car like that, even more money...... :y :y
