Acquired 2 freebie logo puddle lights, so fitted them.  Made 3 further good ones from the pile of shite ones I had accumulated.

Oh, and put some electricity in it as it was dry.  Didn't really need it though.
Are all your car batteries in need of replacement ?  :-\
your cars seem to spend more time "on charge" than a tesla taxi  :P
Lack of use is the big issue now.

If I leave it more than about 3 weeks unused, it gets the usual JLR electrical glitches of false warnings about shite not working, so I try to give it a top up every 2 weeks if its unused, mainly to keep the battery in good condition.

Also, if I've been opening the doors on it regularly, it doesn't harm to give it a top up - the power drain when you open a door is enormous.

There were a few cars that would drain the battery if key left in ign while doing a service, Volvo springs to memory.

Omega does to an extent, unless key is pulled out an reinserted, as it keeps the W contact live

On Saturday, got chauffeured around in the back of an Omega with Elite cloth.  I'd forgotten how comfortable Elite cloth was.  The best seat option for the Omega IMHO (and possibly any car).

So you have pretty little Jaguar logo lights illuminating the kerb when you exit the car now then.  :y

Well, I've had similar for about 4 or 5 years, but they only tend to last a couple of years before either the cree fails, or the logo lens/mask loses its definition.

Chavtastic!

I have the equally chavtastic four hoops projected down and the illuminated door sill tread plates.  :y

Mine left the factory with the illuminated sills and I'd always assumed the logo puddle lights were standard, like they are on the later bmw's. Not changed mine in the four years I've owned it.  :-\

Ta, I suspect its the chinky shite, as factory for mine was just a normal puddle light.

I was curious so I popped one of mine out. It has an Audi part number on.  :y

Probably a cost option with the sequential indicators to make your average Audi buyer feel that little bit more special... Vorgesprüngt mit  DurchfallTecknik and all that. >:D

Probably made in China next to the Taycan indicators  ;D

Ta, so probably made to a far better standard than the Aliexpress ones I use.  But at a fiver a pair, I'm sure I can cope with replacing every 24 months :y.  Or revert back to not being so chavtastic, an put the OE standard puddle lights in ;D
