That looks like the one I have. Is it laser? or sealey? Can't remember which of those mine is.
Anyway, it did the job on ClarCE's cam belt or so it seems.
Only thing I felt about it was that the crank locking tool wasn't 100% positive as it was placed on the front of the crank and, with the top clamped round the water pump, the timing mark on the crank looked to have passed TDC by a degree or so.
It would be interesting to check an engine timed with some of these cheaper tools against the genuine article at a cam belt party sometime.
