No not herpes ! as thats far more reliable, always have trouble with Hermes deliveries . Took 3 days and then after ringing my door bell (flat access) and I opened door remotely from my phone they never left parcel. Email "unable to access property and I left them a note on outside door giving then key code just incase phone signal crap .

 I have done 6 claims in 12 months against them for losing or breaking parcel contents
Found in my favour in each case
Wont use them anymore

I am awaiting a reference from them after two weeks of part time work last year.

Having worked for them, I understand why their product is so shit.

Re branding won't have changed anything either :-X

Now I have to stay in tomorrow and wait, got asked for a trust pilot by flea bay . It wont let you go below one but gave it the full they are crap report.

Turns out it was left in a secure place, so bloody secure it took me till today to find it !!!!

Our local Herpes delivery woman is excellent. Can't faulty her, ever.

However, whenever I send anything via Herpes, they manage to cock up getting it to the correct delivery depot....    ...any more often than not don't bother picking up from our local drop off place (the local coop), making shopping difficult for the customers to by their cheap cider....
