Nice easy one, only takes a few minutes :)
Tools Required:
2 x 10mm spanners
Parts Required:
Door Bush - PN: 90462823 (19p +VAT retail)

Instructions:
Undo the nut from the bolt that goes through the bush:

Support the door to stop it swinging by itself (Omega doors are heavy!), then withdraw bolt:

Remove old bush and replace with a new one, grease well:

Put bolt back through, may take a bit of wiggling, then do up the nut. Just nip it, it doesn't need to be too tight.
