Hi guys
When I start my car, after a few seconds I hear quite a loud "dong" or "beep", what is that? I've got a feeling it's something to do with this Nokia thing stuck to the console, what is that for as well, some kind of car phone?

Also I have a little square button on the right hand side of the dash, picture attached, any idea what it is? Every time I press it she tells me about a license that is expired and then gives me a number to ring???

Thanks.

Traffic Master :y
A now dead system which would tell you of impending traffic issues, which you had to pay for on a yearly basis. We never found it useful or accurate, although others will disagree.
You can remove it, to shut her up :)

The Nokia button is for a hands free kit. Try searching with your bluetooth to connect. Turn dail for volume, push button to end call or push to voice dial.

Nokia button is for Bluetooth hands free. If you haven't got the pairing code you will have to find the rest of it as its on there. Check all your cars documentation first

Standard Nokia code is 1234. Are you sure the voice isn't the strange bird you picked up last night in the boot ?

Nope, gave her the boot this morning. :P
lol, thanks everyone for the help, much appreciated. The Nokia bluetooth is working well, I used 0000 to pair it with my HTC. :y Once again, thanks for the help. :)

Thats why its been years since it was paired...still fitted and powered on, just not used.
Works fine with the CCR2006 thats going back in.
Chavved up anyway...its a step away from the boy racer units!

Does it have any blue LEDs, or option for blue display?
Here resteth the case for the prosecution, m'lord.
-
the tiniest of tiny blue led's to indicate bluetooth
and the display can be any one of 256 colours iirc (so obviously blue is amongst the choices) and is set to match the car almost perfectly.
