Could be worse; Chrysler did a bright green Sunbeam GLS with a matching velour interior. The whole car looked like it had been dipped in pond slime. The bright red one was only slightly less garish.


Vermillion ought to be a brilliant deep red, not any kind of brown.

That's the thing back in the seventies lots of brown cars, the most popular colour round my area for new cars seems to be grey or black  neither of which I would choose .

Colours come with pretentious names these days.
