Mr Skrunts:
Has anyone got a freephone number for them.

Tried 2 0800 numbers from google one is dead and the other sounds like a fax machine.

Am having a really tihs day and wanted to confirm something.

TheBoy:
Log on, they use one of those callback systems.

Although, if you actually want to know any information from them, your oppsed anyway.  Bunch of useless incompetent idiots - never could get a valid reason why they decided to shut down the OOF Paypal, and not let us have the monies in there for several months.

Mr Skrunts:
As the 0800 numbers dont work I tried the chat service that prefers to work on auto responce, So getting there slowly.

I tried all the settings, cant seem to solve the problem, it just wont show me my account transactions in full.

(heard a lot of issues and accounts being frozen with folk losing thier money - ought to be outlaed)

johnnydog:
I had an issue recently whilst using Ebays Packlink delivery service (because of the Post Office strikes) where two payments for postage were taken for only one item of postage. The two payments were both debited from my PayPal account. Although it was a problem with Packlink, I contacted PayPal, requesting a call back. I was contacted within about 5 minutes, and they credited my PayPal account within a few hours with one of the wrongly debited amounts. Pretty good of them seeing as it wasn't PayPals error. Good service in my opinion!

Doctor Gollum:
PayPal isn't a bank. Stop using it as one.  ;)
