On the BBC's Radio 2 five O Clock news just now, Germany's decision to send Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine was described as historic.  :)

Um...  Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that Germany has sent tanks to Ukraine before?  ???  :-X                                                                             ;D
