Looks like this girlie will soon hold the reins.

The media refer to her as 'far right' but these days anyone who thinks only a man can have a penis and there are too many dark foreign johnnies landing on our beaches are seen as  fascists.

She looks so good.

All for the price of a new base  Astra or Kia. :y

The owner seems to be unaware of the Viezu remap on the car.

General Discussion Area / Excellent customer service.

I bought one of these in 2020. I like it. However, after 20 months it went tits up and the battery wouldn't hold any charge.

So I contacted Amazon India by online chat who suggested I send it back (at their expense) and they would refund me the £43.99 it cost. At the same time I contacted Oasser who got back to me within 12 hours saying they were very sorry and would send  out an immediate replacement. This arrived two days later, no mention of returning the original faulty item.

Some days the Gods are with us. :)

General Discussion Area / Tory party apathy.

Although still PM Boris seems to be on permanent holiday, and has lost interest.

Then we have the leadership battle. There are only about 170,000 votes to count. FFS get on with it, 7-10 days is more than enough time. Why do we need to be in this political limbo with everything else going on at the moment?.

The Tory party seems to be devoid of direction at the moment, and if it doesn't change Keir ' a woman can also have a penis' Starmer will be the next PM.  :-X

General Car Chat / MOT pass.

She just needed a new headlight bulb fitted. Apparently the old one was 'not bright enough' to pass.

They only charged an extra £5, so I left a £10 tip. :y

All good until 22nd September 2023.

I can see the 'road tester' has a stopwatch or two in his left hand but does anyone know what the other gubbins inside the car is, and it's purpose?

According to the news tonight the clear up and conviction rate for crime is piss poor.

I'm not remotely surprised.

My sister was burgled by a pair of 12 year old feral misfits. They were clearly caught on CCTV and she knew exactly who they were, their names, and even where they lived with their dysfunctional unemployable parents. Everybody knew who they were.

A few days later she was told that no further action would be taken unless further evidence became available. Needless to say no coppers turned up.

I imagine they sold all her goods on Ebay.

The used market is crazy at the moment. I paid £2400 for mine 7 years ago.

Only 11 Signums on Autotrader and only one with a proper V6 petrol engine.

General Car Chat / Tracking build and delivery of new car.
« on: 21 July 2022, 13:13:07 »
It's 2 months (19th May) since I paid a £1000 deposit to secure my new car. I actually wanted a used model but the price for these is currently anywhere between £3000-£12000 more than a new one. It's crazy at the moment. :-X

Anyway, I contacted the dealer to ask how the build was progressing but the only information was " We think some time around December, can't tell you any more at the moment I'm afraid." :-\

It's 2022, surely there is a way to track  the build date and delivery.

The car is being assembled in Mexico so I can only assume the workers are fast asleep under a sombrero for 23 hours each day. >:D
