Correct me if I am wrong, but surely at 15mph the revs would be about 1500 to 2000 rpm to keep the engine from struggling. At 30mph my car will happily run in 4th or 5th depending on the road and run at about 1100rpm.
Surely this idea will add more pollution to the atmostphere? :-/
