Title: Fitting LPG - Tools Required and the kit

After so many requests I thought it was time a "How to" was written... I'm composing it from a few sources and must mention Kevin Wood, who has done a lot of the work for these guides in his original thread, and has also offered, very kindly, to drill and tap inlet manifolds for many of us and fit the injector nozzles  :y

Please note... The guides are not a definitive and are based on the Stag Kit supplied by Teilo. PM me if you require his contact details. The pictures are of a V6 kit but the 4 pot one is similar.

Tools Required:

The normal tool kit to remove the plenum and inlet manifold.
Jack, Axle Stands (ramps are handy too).
Mole Grips/Hose Clip Pliers to remove the "Helter Skelter" pipe from the HBV.
A sharp knife.
Cordless Drill/Screwdriver to make life easier.
Soldering Iron, solder, heat shrink etc.
Insulating Tape
Assorted Drill Bits.
Tap/Die set.
30mm drill suitable for cutting metal (cone drills work well).
70mm hole cutter for filler (not needed if mounting on tow bar).
Flat File.
An old wire coat hanger is handy to help route wires.
A Laptop with a spare USB port.
Lots of patience (and probably some plasters)!!!

The installation can easily be done in stages to keep the car on the road in between your available days.

Measurement Tee with vapour temperature sensor and MAP / Vapour pressure sensor

Cable (USB) to connect the ECU to a PC for setting up

LPG injector rails along with a bag of nozzles to go in the manifold and other assorted fittings.

Vapour filter (also splits the vapour feed to the 2 injector rails).

More fittings, cable ties, etc.

Various pipes for coolant, vacuum, lpg vapour and Polyflex for the liquid feed from the tank (you can use copper but it's very difficult to work with in comparison)

Vent Pipe, in case of any leaks

Strip steel of various sizes for making up brackets.

The Vaporiser (I'll try and get a picture of one before it's fitted later). Please note the serial number, top right of the picture on the liquid LPG inlet.
