When she was in office I was a young daft naive lefty.I can well remember saying I would go and get pissed to celebrate when she died. Having now grown up (just a llittle bit) and learnt to live in the real world, I see it quite differently.
I still disagree with some of what she did and I also think she should have done some things she didnt,but overall I have no doubt that she was the greatest peacetime PM in living memory.
The country could definitely do with her running it now.We would never have got into this mess if she had been in office.
