Omega Electrical and Audio Help / Blue dash leds

ive seen a load of kits on ebay for blue dash leds for the omegas but not sure which to use has anyone had theres done and is it easy also because i got a facelift model my climate control pannel and air con is on long digital pannel along the top is there a kit to change these to blue 2 as i dont want to do the rest of the dash and still have them orange

hi guys can someone please tell me how much gearbox oil i need to get as im doing my clutch later on today and want to put fresh oil in the box and whats the best to buy its for my MV6 also does any one have some useful tips and tricks i can use and what to look out for

Omega General Help / MV6 Clutch and flywheel

Hi guys my clutch is going on my Mv6 ive been in touch with courtenay motorsport about there lite weight flywheel and sport clutch but because these are for the vectras its a bit more work for the miggys and they want to charge me £1200 to supply and fit, now i dont have this sort of money specialy as i got a little one on the way so i need to keep costs down what options are open to me has anyone tried fitting the vectra clutch and solid flywheel or do you guys know where i can get hold of a cheap clutch and how reliable is my duel mass flywheel thanks for any help you guys can give

Ive only just got my miggy back up and running again due to the abs ecu packing up on me just before christmas, And having fixed that problem and starting to fall back in love with the miggy again all this snow has took its toll on the the poor clutch and has started slipping in Forth and Fifth, Does anyone know where i can get a cheep clutch from as money is tight at the moment the clutch needed is for x30xe many thanks if you nice chaps can help me out

hi guys can someone please help me im atempting to change the abs ecu on my mv6 as i have a whole new unit is there any info or can some one please give me tips on removing the abs pump ive seen the link on how to remove just the ecu but im wanting to change the whole lot many thanks if someone can help

Hi Guys Im in desprate need of a ABS ECU
its a Bosch 5.3  DX 09127952 unit n/o 0265 220 427
ive tried looking everywhere  but must be looking in the wrong places can someone please point me in the right direction as im desprate as you guys will know it means i have no ABS no TC and to make matters worse no speedo so please please someone help me as i dont want to pay main dealer prices

Im having problems with my mv6 the ABS TC light comes on and i lose the speedo and the steering stiffens a little this intermits coz i can drive a bit further and it all corrects it self the only problem is it seems to be geting worse as i was able to drive the best part of 40 miles yesterday with no problem but when i had to drive home i had the problem twice any ideas if this is the abs sensor or the actual ecu where are the abs sensors located ? thanks guys for any help i got to prey its not the abs ecu as i dont have the sort of money its going to cost to repair it as ive herd its not cheap

hi guys just a quick question what is the difference between pre facelift and facelift headlights i have a facelift omega the reason i ask is ive seen a set of angel eye headlights on ebay for a pre facelift omega and wondering if they will fit mine before i fork out nearly £200 for them many thanks guys if you can help

Hi guys in a bit of a sticky situation growing bored of my miggy nothing wrong with her just dont know if i fancy a change been looking at a vectra c 3.2 gsi in black looks really nice, or do i put the money into my miggy and get her looking really nice ie new 20" wheels tints so on please give me your personal opions i know mine is final but looking to you guys for help !!

Hi Guys trying to upgrade my Discs and pads again for my face lift 3.0 MV6 ive had EBC green stuff pads and Green Stuff drilled and Groved Discs and was not impressed to be honest so time has come to re new and looking for something a lot better which also brings me to the question is there a braided hose kit for my car to looking everywhere but must be looking in the wrong places many thanks guys if you can help

can some one point me in the right direction after pulling up to another mv6 face lift the other day and lookng inside i noticed he had leather seats and looked very nice not like the old seats you get in the pre facelift mv6s and elite`s as i want a set and after having a heart attack on the price of gettin mine done i wont be doing that

Omega General Help / how can i get more power

hi kind people im at a lose end im trying everything to get more power out of my mv6 so far i have full S/S exhaust K&N induction kit smothed and polished throtle bodies blocked off egr valve to stop hot air getting back into engine and plans vey soon for a ecu remap just dont konw where to turn could go for a supercharger but not sure of costs and who to turn to also is there any websites out there that i could look at for ths sort of thing and for modifying my face lift omega as ebay dosent cut it
