V6 Oil Cooler kit

Managed to get a nearly new one off an OOF member a while back for a good price - need one for the saloon now - anyone by chance got one?

i have two,i which was put in a car for a bout a month brand new vx part,then it broke its timing belt,the other doesnt look very old either,came out of a rattling bottom ender

no just kept the cooler,wouldnt think the o rings an stuff would be expensive to buy tho

the new vx item now comes in wot looks like copper,the other one is aluminium like the original ones,and you can tell the difference in the weight too

Iirc newer ones should be stainless steel.Earlier ones were mild steel. ;)

Copper isnt magnetic either but certain grades of stainless are magnetic, ie 430 grade commonly used for sinks, cutlery ect..

I nearly added the bit about copper but thought that stainless would be identifiable from copper .......  ::)  .... maybe it's a good job that oil coolers aren't made from cutlery  ;)
