Different badge, same crap
« on: 15 February 2013, 17:39:05 »

Work have recently taken delivery of three brand new 1.6tdi Skoda Superbs.

First car, done 10k in for weeks, no real issues beyond being a one trick pony.
Second car, 600 miles in its first two days, as above.
Third car, broke down with 60 miles on the clock ;D

The cause, a failed injector. Net result, all the injectors on all three cars being replaced under warranty. An admission if ever there was of a corporate cover up :-\

Still, not my car ;D

Ah, but it does spare you the torture of having to drive it 300 miles a day.
I think I'm too much of a little princess with my car choices to be a taxi driver  ;D

I recovered a Citroen Xsara in 2001 that had camshaft pully issues with 17 miles on the clock :o
