I have grown too many spare tyres so I am back on the bike as of tomorrow.  Besides I have a 'biggest loser' competition with a lass at work and if she wins I have to do an aqua-aerobics class in a mankini.

So, lets see what the good drivers of Coventry are like with cyclists.  I foresee a lot of suitible video footage ;D

Well let's put it this way. She is 5 foot nothing and the same weight as I am......   Thus she is totally capable of winning very easily but her willpower is zero.  I am 5kg ahead already.

This morning I have bought her chocolate.  ;D

Only if you put yourself in the wrong position, or ride aggressively (gorilla riding)..

I bought myself a new bike at new year and have been watching what I've been eating too and have lost pretty much 3 stone this year.

Feeling an awful lot better about myself too.

I eat crap..every day..can't stop myself.

But I am never still, full of nervous energy I suppose. Therefore I manage to keep my weight at about 12 1/2 - 13 stone, not bad for six foot tall.
