Omega General Help / Smaller brake booster (>90% retrofit)

Hello!
This will be my first post in this forum.
What I am wondering is if there is a smaller brake booster that will fit in the Omega engine bay?
Because I live in a right traffic country my car is LHD.
And because the Saab engine I am retrofitting in the car has the exhaust outlets at the left side (when the engine is "RWD-mounted") my exhaust manifold will collide with the brake booster.
Does anyone have a tip of a brake booster (with atleast 90% retrofit, because I do not want to rebuild "everything") where the diameter is a lot smaller compared to the original Lucas brake booster?
In essence bolt on is what I am looking for.
