Hi chaps, i have got the bose setup in my omega elite with the phillips multichanger, has anyone replaced the multichanger for one that holds more than six discs and works ok with the standard head unit.  :-?

How about putting in a second changer with a switch to change from one to the other?

Assuming you have a CCR600/800 with CDC2 changer, AFAIK having two with a switch won't work because you have to enter the CDC security code in via the headunit, if the changer changes then the new code would need to be entered before the headunit can talk to it.

Correct.

I think switching whilst on may cause CD or head unit to lock up though...
