door/boot locks

help needed for a locking problem press button to lock but locks jump up again on third/forth go they lock.also boot and drivers door does not work lock/unlock

I'd say you got a sticky/goosed driver's door locking motor. My Senator used to lock & then immediately unlock if treid from the boot. A goog lubricating of the driver's door lock sorted it! :y

my boot lock did that mother inlaw opend it with the key then it would not lock, had to wigle the lock with the key until it would lock and unlock, I dont use the key save that for when the battery go's flat :y :y

trouble with 02 is no lock it's remote from inside

If not the motor, how about the connections to it?
Other than that, you'll have to crawl through from the back seat & open it manually.  ;D

Are you pressing the interior button down for long enough? Not that I have a facelift, but IIRC some need a lengthy press to open the boot.

cheers welung666 but i don't think it's boot motor,had a chat with local dealer parts dept he said could just be int boot sw or because the facelift have a central locking controler and i've got the prob with the drivers door it could be that playing up [smiley=huh.gif]
