well fitted new num 4 injector today plus intercooler and fan tweeked the turbo boost (again) done 30 starts then clipped it no codes showing previous codes were 64 82 & 44 took it for a run (30m) still no codes.
by christ it goes like hell now :D :D :D ;D no more flat spots
turbo kicks in at 1200rpm.
it'l be interesting to see the mpg now.
o last thing started puting a good 2stroke marine oil for outboards £16 a litre in fuel (300ml per 60l) its now a lot quieter :y

Did you do what TB said about EGR and removing the rubber pipe and did it work, I do realise what your second post says as well mind just wondered if that worked and if you added the 2stroke before or after trying this, reason being after adding the 2 stroke to mine I went a little OTT with oil and it ran like $h!t :'( but simple fix  :) dilute fuel with more diesel, I also added 2 litres of unleaded
[size=12](if you add this I have not recommended as I do not know what damage it might do, apart from the time a old friend of mine bragging he had never mixed up his fueling he then filled the van with full tank of petrol needless to say 20mil in to journey it rattled like mad, head went few 100 miles latter, oops)[/size]
