:( :(
yep.. as the day passing by snowy storms and lightnings ??? I cant wash my cars and need to stay in home.. (dont tell me thats a normal weather event!)
so decided to tell you a sad event that happened in the last 2 weeks..
as govt changed long time ago, so hospital managements also changed in the last years effecting too many things..
normally our level of medical and surgery disciplines are/were relatively high/satisfactory compared to europe countries avg..
however in the last years things have started to change.. :-\
some time ago , a university have succesfully transplanted a dead persons face (complete face) to a patient whose face was damaged long time ago..they correctly tied the nerves , veins, muscles , tendons in an operation taking long hours. after some weeks the results were satisfactory and the patient recover without ill effects.. and turned to normal life..upto this point everything is ok..
here I must note this university is an avg one compared to the universities in big cities.. There are far better examples in every respect..
so what happened , one of them a famous university in my city (managers) decided to do something better..
they tried to transplant 2 arms from a dead body to a man who have no arms no legs .. and take the written permission from the ministry for 2 arms only.. but when they send the airplane to İzmir they also take the legs from the dead body (he and his family approved before he died)..
so a high number of surgeons started the operation in parallel ( we dont know the internals some opposed to this operation)
and finished the operation.. then the problems started.. the patients body first dont accept one leg , later another and the arms within days.. so they operated again and took all of them.. but after his heart couldnt handle all these organs and events and he died.. :'( >:(
first of all I never heard an operation like that .. the period was not enough for further analysis for cell/organ compatibility .. and never all organs must be given at the same time as a person without organs will never have a healthy heart like a normal person.
this is a known fact and should never be ignored .. The ambition of hospital managers/surgeons killed him for their selfish/mindless behvaiours and they treat the patient like a test rabbit >:(
so "primum non nocere" (meaning dont damage first).. this is the first rule applied from ancient Greek times >:(
besides during these operation all phases shown to media just for them to be famous.. rather retards >:( >:( >:(

it is a horrible way to go but he must have consented to these trial operations beforehand, but far too much to try in one go the surgeons and authorities want retraining if they thought that all that surgery was ok

yep.. he consented but how could he know.. these authorities/managers whoever made decision must face a court trial imo.. definitely irresponsible behaviour >:(
