Title: ABS application form

Hi guys, not sure if in right place so move if necessary,

Im filling out The app. form for ABS. I have a 2.5 V6 estate. How many gears and valves does this have. Im pretty sure its 24v but not sure.  :-[ Also what would the engine code be?? Thanks in advance  :y

As, to join ABS, you need only have an "interest in" 6 cylinder Vauxhalls I wouldn't get too hung up about it if I were you.

It is 24valves. I'd just mark is as "auto" and forget the number of gears.

Engine code doesn't matter; I joined a month ago and didn't put anything down about that.

I was wondering about engine code myself. Just looked funny saying its a 2.5 V6 24v with "4"!!! gears.

If unsure, I would contact the Membership Secretary, who you can email from the ABS site via the 'Contact Us' link.  You will find Alf to be very approachable and helpful :y
