Hello everyone can anyone tell me if a statute of limitations will only allow a PPI claim or any claim for that matter to go back to a maximum of seven years.

I have had one go back to 2001 recently, just remember to work out the compound interest on each payment you made as it makes for a much bigger claim! Hope that helps
